Course description:
- 45 Hrs. of Intensive Spanish Language Classes (small groups)
- 20 Hours of Integrated Mexican Studies including lectures on Mexican History, Culture and Traditions, Intercultural Awareness, as well as Communicative Activities
- 45 Hours of first-rate field trips, including:
- Pyramids of Teotihuacan and the Shrine of the Virgin of Guadalupe
- Historic Downtown Center – Cathedral, Templo Mayor and National Palace with Diego Rivera murals, including a panoramic view of Mexico on the doubledecker Turibus
- Colonial Coyoacán and Frida Kahlo Museum
- Floating Gardens of Xochimilco and Dolores Olmedo Museum
- Museum of Anthropology and Chapultepec Castle
- Cuernavaca and ruins of Xochicalco - overnight trip
- Colonial city of Puebla and pyramid of Cholula – overnight trip
- Use of campus facilities
- Housing nearby with selected Mexican families (Including two meals a day)

Prerequisites:
At least one semester of Spanish.
