Course description:

45 hours of Spanish (3 levels, small groups, books included)
18 hours of Mexican History and Culture, An Intercultural Awareness Session and Cultural Field Trips Including:
  • Pyramids of Teotihuacan and Basilica of the Virgin of Guadulupe
  • Double decker tour of Historic Downtown Center
  • Colonial Coyoacan and Frida Kahlo Museum
  • University City (UNAM), Dolores Olmedo Museum and the Floating Gardens of Xochimilco
  • Museum of Anthropology and Chapultepec Castle
  • Taxo - day trip
  • Colonial City of Puebla and Cholula pyramind (overnight trip)

Credits: 6

Prerequisites: 
At least one semester of Spanish.

Cost: 
US $2,375 (includes housing, use of all campus facilities, gym, computers with internet access, medical dispensary with on-call English-speaking physician and 2 meals)
